In the 21st century, work has become a home to us more then out actual home.  The amount  of hours we spend sitting at our desk  every day  is higher then ever and we now begin to face the physical and mental  consequences of our lifestyle.  

Now, it is time to start thinking of a new design methodology that would change our working environment  and make movement and physical activity major principles in our design process.
